Thanks. I'm not usually one to root for the cops, but I do hope that they find him. I wasn't able to describe the vehicle, but there were other witnesses that did. Make/model, color, two people (driver plus passenger). And the direction it was headed.

Seems likely the driver was intoxicated, or there was... something else strange going on. While I do hope he gets stuck with a hefty fine, I also hope he gets help if he needs it.
